one day i'll go dancing on the moon!

its freaking saturday already can you believe it!?! the recess/reading break was not as fruitful as i perceived it would be and my whole five days have been such a waste academically, sadly. by tomorrow, i need to finish three more sets of readings for cnm cause mids on monday and alter my biological clock which is currently all tangled and haywire with me sleeping at seven in the morning and waking up at two in the afternoon, that sorta thing. so many things, so little time and i am freaking out over my horrendously written term essays while secretly hoping for a miracle. well, its the first this year anyway, cut me some slack.

syawal's in a few days(!!!!!) but not looking forward to it much, except good food. but since i am on a mission towards skin and bones(like seriously) gotta keep all the oils and sweets away! oh and must keep myself away from all the mel(l)o(w)dramas so i won't be increasing my chances of entering the deepest of the inferno. lets be optimistic and hope syawal will turn out better than ramadhan.

so anyway, was out to ikea shopping and saw groups and groups of malay delinquents acting all cool drinking and smoking in front of aunties in hijabs. like seriously these people should learn to respect religion and be more considerate cause ironically they're the asswipes who roam the streets of geylang supposedly being all merry with syawal looming without even having a cause of celebration(which is completing thirty days of fasting). gahh, what a major disgrace to society. i should stop being all bothered by social issues like this cause its gonna be a tougher situation in years to come cause the numbers multiply exponentially making the problem worse according to my predictions. so cheers to the future?

trivial matters aside, cnm is in the process of making me tech-phobic and i am actually thinking of closing down every unimportant account with all the talk of privacy and shit. maybe the later half of the readings will wholly convince me to do so, so we'll see.

awesome possums, love.

i finally mustered enough patience to upload the pictures onto blogger cause it failed on me one too many times. this ramadhan is by far the best i've experienced albeit the most exhausting with all the looming mid term essays and exams. but again, lets keep the negativity at bay cause ramadhan is only here to stay a few more days and thankfully, the anticipated one week reading/recess break is finally here.

the weeks have been brilliant with birthdays and birthdays and catching up and eating out and sumptuous food and deng-dengs and keropok lekors and my favourite kerepek! (: pictures from sery's, jannah's and yesterday's outing with baches.

more to come with the minz.

wicked weekend!

the last few days have been awesome possum, with long train rides westward to do dorm visiting and gift sending (and school of course, but thats beside the point), birthday barbeques and sleepovers and car rides to changi twice(!) in the middle of the night and not sleeping till eightthirthy in the morning waking up only three hours later to get home and get ready to meet up with old timers at the extremely overpopulated orchard road(which reminds me why i hate going out on weekends) to eat cheap but good food laughing at old time jokes and reminiscing and at the same time catching up on each other before squeezing our way through the hoards of musicians wannabe(s) at baybeats. thank god i stayed home sunday if not i'll prolly die from exhaustion cause school'll be full force on monday and tuesday with tons of readings needed(and still isn't done) to be done and tutorials too! slept like a log yesterday to make up for lost sleep and to try to stay awake in classes (which i totally failed to do on monday) so that i can catch up with school since mids will be in a few weeks. time flies so goddamn fast nowadays that all i can do is hope that some dorky scientist will invent the breakthrough time machine and make my day by giving me tons of hours for sleep. fat hope though.

bitchier things aside, the later part of the year overflows with positivity, i met up with tons of people and did so many stuff within the span of weeks which is an extreme contrast to the earlier part of the year that i declare myself Supergirl. hahahaha, crap i am so sleepy but today's been great(minus school) cause we celebrated Sery's for real with cakes and presents and balloons and surprises and starbucks thus making me high topped with the new season of gossip girl and one tree hill which totally made me throw my readings out the window.

pictures up soon and Sery, hope you had a blast with the sleepover(technically it wasnt a pyjama party since only me and farah was in pyjama pants) cause i sure did with charades(ferooze and farah was so cute please!) and breakfast and the mini celebration today. enjoy your mac and turning one year older!

(:
